Chris-Ann is a Jamaican-born Canadian. Her writing is inspired by facets of the human experience, the people in her life, and the work of other professionals and creatives like Benny Bing, Nike Onile, Dan Ariely, Esther Perel, Brene Brown, Rudy Francisco, Jasmine Mans, Lupe Fiasco to name a few. 

She’s a Career Strategist with Careers By REDU and resides in Toronto, ON. She is a past recipient of the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers and the Lincoln M. Alexander Award.
